The building is being constructed by 1Partner Ehitus, work has already begun, and completion is scheduled for autumn 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Invego\u2019s CEO Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, the Telliskivi area has become one of the most popular districts in Tallinn over the past decade. \u201cSeveral residential developments in Telliskivi and the surrounding area have driven demand for new, modern A-energy class commercial spaces,\u201d said V\u00e4hi, adding that more than half of the rental spaces had already been pre-leased before construction began.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4hi described the Telliskivi area as a meeting point of historical and modern urban space. \u201cThe location is excellent \u2014 on one side, you have Tallinn\u2019s Old Town, and on the other, several rapidly developing areas such as Noblessner, Krulli, and Volta are just minutes away. Combined with good public transport connections, it\u2019s clearly one of the city&#8217;s main arteries,\u201d V\u00e4hi noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three-story commercial building is designed by the architecture firm Kauss and built by 1Partner Ehitus. \u201cWe chose a builder who has done excellent work in neighborhoods with distinctive character and with whom we\u2019ve had very positive previous experiences,\u201d explained Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to \u00dcllar Hinno, CEO of 1Partner Ehitus, it is always a good sign when a previous client commissions another project and becomes a long-term partner. \u201cA few years ago, we completed Invego\u2019s current headquarters in Noblessner, and the current contract confirms that we continue to enjoy the trust of a highly experienced and demanding client in the real estate sector,\u201d said Hinno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1Partner Ehitus, part of the 1Partner Real Estate Group, has built and renovated numerous notable buildings, including top restaurants NOA, Tuljak, and Mon Repos, as well as the flagship premises of Shishi and P\u00f5hjala Brewery. The company also received a separate award for the renovation of the legendary Tallinn Flower Pavilion.Invego, with over ten years of experience, is one of Estonia\u2019s leading real estate development companies, currently managing nearly 30 development projects across three countries. In recent years, the company has developed more than 1,300 homes and 30,000 m\u00b2 of commercial space in and around Tallinn.
