Two Estonian real estate developers, Invego and Reterra have launched the presale of their newest residential project in Riga \u2013 \u201cMiera Rezidences<\/a>\u201d. With a total investment of 40 million euros, construction of 172 modern homes is planned to start in the beginning of 2026.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTogether we are creating a new standard of affordable luxury, to meet the needs and wishes of people living different kind of lifestyles,\u201d says Reigo Randmets, CEO of Reterra, noting his excitement about contributing to the unique identity of Miera Street \u2013 a creative, culturally rich neighborhood with a cozy atmosphere and vibrant community. “These new homes will be ideally suited for modern city dwellers, couples, and families who value good architecture, a natural setting, and convenient access to urban infrastructure,” adds Randmets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The architectural concept of the residential complex was chosen through competition and has been developed further in close collaboration with Latvian architects from Tectum, who also serve as the main designers of the project. The apartments will feature 2.8-meter-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring spaciousness and natural light. All apartments have spacious balconies or terraces. The project will include A-class energy efficiency solutions, smart layouts, and upper-floor apartments will be prepared for cooling system installation. An underground parking lot will also be constructed. The development is planned in two construction phases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Latvia, Reterra and Invego are currently developing also the residential districts “Parka Kvart\u0101ls<\/a>” and “Skanstes Rezidences<\/a>“. In addition, Invego has another three large scale developments ongoing: “V\u012btolu Parks<\/a>” apartments in Riga and row house projects “Vide \u0100da\u017ei<\/a>” and “M\u0101rupes Sirds<\/a>.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over a decade of experience, Invego is one of the leading real estate developers in Estonia, currently implementing around 30 development projects across three Baltic countries. In recent years, the company has delivered homes for over 1,300 families in and around Tallinn, along with more than 50,000 m\u00b2 of commercial space.
