First two buildings of this 75 million euros development will be ready in 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cReceiving the construction permit marks an important milestone in our journey to bring this new project to life in one of Riga\u2019s most promising neighborhoods,\u201d says Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, CEO of Invego. \u201cHere, we are creating a living environment for people who value quality of life and a close connection to the city. Our goal is to develop a neighborhood that makes a lasting contribution to Riga\u2019s urban landscape.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cV\u012btolu Parks\u201d is envisioned as a well-thought-out residential quarter offering modern apartments in a green setting \u2014 combining contemporary architecture, sustainable solutions, and proximity to nature \u2014 all just minutes from Riga\u2019s city center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new A class energy-efficient residential complex has been designed by the experienced team at RUUME arhitekti, known for their holistic approach to design. Future residents will enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in abundant natural light, modern interior solutions, and nature-inspired aesthetics. Each apartment will also feature either a balcony or a terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the hallmarks of Invego\u2019s developments is the attention paid not only to modern, comfortable homes, but also to the creation of carefully considered, people-oriented surroundings. According to Invego\u2019s CEO, the new project will integrate pedestrian and cycling paths to ensure accessibility throughout the neighborhood. Parking will primarily be underground, leaving more open space for the community.
