Already 80% of the space is leased out, even though the building\u2019s completion is still six months away. The total construction cost of the building is five million euros, and it is being built by 1Partner Ehitus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, CEO of Invego, emphasizes that there has been a clear shortage of brand-new, class A office spaces in this rapidly developing area over the past decade. \u201cTelliskivi is a meeting point between historic and modern urban space. Beyond its excellent location, the district has a unique character. I believe the architects of the new office building have captured this perfectly,\u201d V\u00e4hi says, praising the contribution of architecture firm Kauss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to V\u00e4hi, the majority of the spaces already have tenants. On the ground floor, Reval Cafe\u2014which has successfully operated on Telliskivi Street for years\u2014will be joined by a brand-new restaurant with the same ownership group. \u201cOur team, led by head chef Orm Oja, is working on a new and very exciting concept that fits perfectly with Telliskivi\u2019s vibrant spirit and energetic atmosphere,\u201d says Anri Treifeldt, one of the owners of both food establishments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three-story office building is being constructed by 1Partner Ehitus, a company with extensive experience in building and renovating in historically rich areas. A member of the 1Partner Real Estate Group, 1Partner Ehitus has developed and restored notable properties including top restaurants NOA, Tuljak, and Mon Repos, as well as the flagship buildings for Shishi and P\u00f5hjala Brewery.
