In the final stage of the Luccaranna<\/a> residential area, developed by real estate company Invego, four buildings will be constructed, adding 30 new homes and five commercial spaces to the district, which will ultimately consist of 254 homes. The entire residential area, with a total investment of \u20ac31 million, will be fully completed in the first half of 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


According to Invego\u2019s CEO Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, the development and sales of Luccaranna have progressed steadily, even during the past couple of slower years. “Luccaranna will be fully completed in a year, but already now, approximately three-quarters of the homes have been sold, and more than half of the residents have already moved in,” confirms V\u00e4hi. He emphasizes that Luccaranna, together with the Tiskreoja residential area, which was completed last year and was also developed by Invego, has transformed the area between Haabersti and Tabasalu into the fastest-growing region over the past five years. “A peaceful living environment, proximity to the sea, modern infrastructure, and diverse leisure opportunities make this area especially attractive,” V\u00e4hi explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


“We have made a significantly larger investment in both architecture and construction to ensure that the buildings and surrounding outdoor areas form a harmonious and enjoyable whole. This not only improves the quality of life but also increases the value of each home over time,” emphasizes V\u00e4hi. He adds that all buyers receive a five-year construction warranty, ensuring peace of mind and allowing them to settle into their new homes worry-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


According to V\u00e4hi, one of Luccaranna’s biggest strengths is its unique architectural design, created by competition winners KUU Architects and Kino Landscape Architects. “A linear park with walking paths in the center of the residential area connects the homes with natural green areas and the beach. At the same time, a car-free recreation area between the buildings ensures plenty of peace and privacy for homeowners,” explains V\u00e4hi. He also highlights that large windows and high ceilings allow for an abundance of natural light, and many homes offer stunning sea views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


By 2026, the fully completed residential area will consist of 20 apartment buildings and 11 triplex villas, with NOBE carrying out construction. A total of 254 new homes will be built along the coastline. According to the vision of KUU Architects and Kino Landscape Architects, Luccaranna will be a thoroughly thought-out architectural whole. The district features bright homes with balconies and terraces, parking areas positioned on the outskirts of the neighborhood, and car-free zones between the buildings, where landscaped and paved sidewalks seamlessly blend with natural green spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Luccaranna is located in Tallinn, in the seaside part of the Tiskre district, near Tabasalu Cliff. In the 19th century, this area was a popular summer resort for the upper class. Together with Georg Witte\u2019s bathhouse in Kadriorg, Luccaranna was one of the most popular seaside resorts in Estonia, attracting Tallinn\u2019s and St. Petersburg\u2019s elite. The Lucca and Tiskre resorts were once visited by the family of poet Pushkin, his friends, and the famous historian and writer Karamzin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
