In the near future 50 families will move to their new home and, for the first time, also people who are still looking for a home can move into a new terraced house even tomorrow.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, CEO of Invego, Invego decided to build more homes than have been pre-sold. \u201cFor the first time in the last dozen years we have a situation where the customer is no longer forced to buy a terraced home in its design phase, but can choose from among completed homes with finished interior decoration,\u201d said V\u00e4hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla is an integrated residential area for families who wish their home to be surrounded by nature, in the close proximity to the city and need more privacy than in an apartment house,\u201d said head of Invego developments, adding that all homes will have a garden and a large terrace. Within a walking distance are stores, a school and kindergartens and the city is easily accessible by public transport and by car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uus-J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla residential area is being developed by Invego and the project\u2019s financial partner is EfTEN United Property Fund, the real estate fund of EfTEN Capital. The residential area was designed by PIN Arhitektid and the general contractor is NOBE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invego is one of Estonia\u2019s leading real estate development companies, which in recent years has developed over 1,100 homes and 20,000 square metres of commercial space in Tallinn and its environs.
