The project will offer 226 apartments, with construction of the first stage beginning in Q1 2027 and the first homes expected at the end of 2028.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Kristjan-Thor V\u00e4hi, CEO of Invego, the architectural concept of Tor\u0146akalna Terases is aligned with the surrounding environment, with a unique terraced layout at the core of the development to bring more greenery into the homes. \u201cThe stepped building volumes and spacious balconies are designed to maximize natural light and integrate the surrounding greenery into the living spaces,\u201d V\u00e4hi explains, adding that the V-shaped placement of the buildings will follow the principle to save as much nature as possible and create a sheltered inner courtyard, offering a green and protected space for residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4hi emphasizes that the Tor\u0146akalns district has a strong local identity. \u201cIn recent years, there have been consistent investments in both public spaces and infrastructure, such as the M\u016bkusalas promenade on the Daugava embankment,\u201d says the CEO of Invego, adding that Tor\u0146akalna Terases reflects the area\u2019s distinct character and long-term potential.
